Το βάζεις και το αφήνεις αρκετές ώρες, ιδανικά το βάζεις το βράδυ πριν τον ύπνο και κάνεις μπάνιο το πρωί. Για 3-4 μέρες είναι καλό το μαύρισμα , μετά αρχίζει και χάνει.
