Δείχνει πάνω στη συσκευασία ένα ανοιχτό βαζάκι κ αναγράφει π.χ.6Μ 6 μήνες από το άνοιγμά του.
Προσοχή κάποια έχουν 3Μ μηνες (οπως η βιταμίνη C) και προσοχή στο κλείσιμο - βίδωμα (να είναι καθαρός ο λαιμός και να σφίγγει καλά στο κλεισιμο)
