medium
είναι ελαστικά δεν θα έχεις μεγάλη διαφορά.
Small για πιο εφαρμοστή γραμμή, medium για μεγαλύτερο μάκρος αλλά και καλύτερο εύρος κινήσεων. Νομίζω για τα 64 κιλά θα υπάρχει άνεση στις κινήσεις και με το small.
