Hi.. I haven't use it yet but I have it in my car just in case I need to change the oil by myself or for some kind of an emergency. I guess It can be used for that too and also for water.
Most manufacturers won't suggest to use for gasoline because of sparks danger (either electrical or static electric ones).Also gasoline may cause plastic parts to melt.

So which 12 volt pump can be used for gasoline from one container to another
You have to find and buy in another category more expensive anti explosive pump or go with the cheap reliable hand moved one.
