Kraft Epoxy Aqua Primer is a two-component, water-based epoxy primer for structural and metal surfaces. It provides adhesion to non-absorbent substrates such as asphalt, ceramic tiles, old acrylic or polyurethane coatings, and aluminium, and can also be applied to fresh concrete. It is recommended as a primer before applying water- or solvent-based polyurethane or acrylic waterproofing membranes to non-absorbent substrates.
It is breathable and moisture-resistant, has a low odour, and dries quickly. It can be applied with a brush, roller, conventional spray gun or airless spray gun, thinned with water, and used with Kraft Epoxy Paint Aqua epoxy paint.
