Owner of the said oven here for a few days now. Quite powerful overall. It reaches the maximum temperature in 35 minutes. However, be careful when placing the pizza directly on the plate, do not set the bottom resistance above 180° because the dough burns instantly. Start from a lower setting and experiment to see according to your taste.
