The X-Rust is an anti-corrosive polyurethane primer for new or previously painted iron surfaces, worn galvanized surfaces, and other interior and exterior metal surfaces.

Its strong anti-corrosive pigments protect the metal from corrosion and rust in coastal or underwater environments. It is suitable for maritime use and for superstructures. 

It provides a smooth surface for high-quality finishes. It is an ideal primer for the final polyurethane paints Polygloss, Antiskid, as well as the Tropikal range of underwater paints.

Technical specifications:

• The ambient temperature and the thickness of the coating determine the drying time
• Surface drying time: 1 hour
• Recoating time: 2-4 hours
• Coverage: 10-14m²/lt, depending on the thickness of each coat and the absorbency of the surface
