Στην συσκευασία λέει πως στα 30γ εχει 27γ πρωτεΐνη και 3γ κρεατίνη αλλά δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω πως γίνεται γιατί έχει κι άλλα συστατικά όχι μόνο αυτά τα 2, αν μπορεί κανείς να βοηθήσει.

Κατ αρχήν η κρεατίνη περιέχεται στα γραμμάρια της πρωτείνης, όπως και διάφορα άλλα από τα συστατικά. Δεν αθροίζονται όλα.
