    I have applied it 5 years ago on terrace railings after thorough cleaning (they had not been maintained for about 15 years). The railings look like they have been factory galvanized. I would highly recommend it, it is expensive but worth the money I spent. By the way, I have tried other similar products without satisfactory results. It is very important to apply the recommended primer from Chromex after Metalgal for galvanized surfaces.
