    OK, Article 81, Paragraph 16: Side at least 40 cm and thickness at least 5 cm.

    The fire extinguisher's extinguishing capacity is 3A/13B.
    Ministerial Decision 50292/3549/08/2009: For tricycles and up to nine-seater four-wheelers, a fire extinguisher with an extinguishing capacity of at least 8A/34B/C.

    The First Aid Kit is a painful story (legislation has not been updated since 1978), but it seems to fit the essentials (most of which you would have to get from a pharmacy anyway). I did not open it as it was in a separate package.

    Do you need it for the MOT test? Possibly. On the other hand, do you pass the MOT test without it? Yes. So it is a waste of money and I requested an immediate refund and compensation.
