Όχι. Για φόρτιση laptop απαιτείται ο φορτιστής του κατασκευαστή.
Το USB δίνει 5 Volt. Η έξοδος για την μπαταρία 12 Volt. Τα laptop χρειάζονται αρκετά περισσότερα Volt για φόρτιση συνήθως, οπότε μάλλον όχι.
