Το Hario Mizudashi το χρησιμοποιείς για να φτιάχνεις καφέ Cold Brew.
Εχει πολλές διαφορές με τον γνωστό καφέ φίλτρου . Πάντως αξίζει τον κόπο.
Τα υπόλοιπα με συνταγές κλπ θα τα βρείς στο google μόλις γράψεις cold brew coffee.
Και μετά δοκιμές.
