Aqueous dispersion of resins, which when applied to porous surfaces creates the appropriate conditions for the adhesion of elastomeric coatings, ISOFLEX waterproofing membranes and isoflex hybrid. It penetrates and anchors into the pores of the substrate and acts as a bonding layer between it and the waterproofing layers.
