Vitex Anti-Rust Primer is a quick-drying primer for metal surfaces, suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It is made with modified alkyd resins and serves as a primer coat for the final metal paint. This product is grey.

Apply with a roller, brush or spray gun in one or two coats. The surface must be dry, smooth, clean and free of dust and oil, and sanded with suitable sandpaper. Thin the primer by up to 5% with T300 brush thinner for roller or brush application, or with T350 spray thinner for spray-gun application. Once fully dry, after 20–24 hours, sand the surface and remove the dust before applying the topcoat.
