    Positives:
It is beautiful as a product with beautiful RGB side LEDs, comfortable and lightweight for long hours of use, with some useful features such as automatic mute for the microphone by lifting it up, mute button, dual wheel for call volume and master volume, detachable USB 2.0 connection cable, and a smaller cable of about one meter for 3.5mm jack connection.

    Negatives:
However, in terms of sound quality, compared to my previous headphones, the HyperX Cloud 2, which had fantastic sound and an amazing microphone at the same price, the JBL Quantum 400 is far inferior and very mediocre headphones. After 6 months of owning them, I couldn't find any settings that would provide satisfactory and clear sound. The software offers options like DTS and QuantumSurround, but none of them are enough to improve their sound quality, resulting in them becoming tiring very quickly.
    - They do not have good isolation from external sounds and have significant leakage. They can be heard by people in the same room.
    - They are for very small heads, meaning for children.
    - The microphone is not detachable and somewhat awkward.

Conclusion: If you want good sound, these headphones are NOT for you.

It has very good sound quality. The bass changes depending on the device you are using. If you use it on a device with a bass system, you can have a nice performance. Only in games the sound is a bit deep, I couldn't understand it.

The JBLquantum engine only supports x64 operating systems.

So, in order for me to use the software with a 32-bit system, do I need to get a new PC or throw away the headphones?
Creative, on the other hand, supports everything in their software for their H7 headphones, at least the ones I have.
The support from JBL is laughable and pathetic
