I bought it in 1/2020 for amateur use and so far I have had to change 3 scissors because they were under warranty (3 years). And all three had the same problem, the battery would get stuck and it would stay closed or not cut all the way. It worked a little when it was new and then the problem would arise. Obviously a faulty model! Stay away.

If used according to the specifications, it is very good, just like any product I have from this company. It is logical for it to get damaged if you use it to cut branches of 3 and 4 centimeters. This does not mean that we should write reviews like... stay away... useless, etc.

I bought it for my grandmother, as shown in the company's video. It helped her a lot. She was able to do her job without assistance and she liked that. However, one day she pushed it a little too hard and now the motor is malfunctioning. I was informed that they don't service this particular model, but if it's still under warranty, they will replace it. Unfortunately, that's not the case for me. So... it's a waste of money. I will try another cheaper one.

I bought it last year and I regret it. The pruner is for light gardening, far away from being suitable for heavy-duty tasks. Look at the photos and you will understand. The cutting part in the front is supported by plastic, and when you try to cut a branch of 3 centimeters, it breaks. It is not suitable for olive trees, it only works for small branches and vines up to 2 centimeters. Shame on Bosch for putting their brand on this toy. Especially considering the 80 euros it cost me.
