Organic Blossom Honey

Organic blossom honey is produced by the Souka family on the slopes of Helmos. Blossom honeys are made from the nectar of flowers and contain pollen grains from many plants in varying proportions. Their physicochemical and therapeutic properties, as well as their color, vary depending on the nectar from the plants that the bees bring to the hive.
