Brewing Method

Hot Beverage:

  • Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate (45g) to 200ml of milk.
  • Boil at 72°C, stirring constantly, and serve.

Cold Beverage:

  • Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate (45g) to 100ml of milk.
  • Mix with a frappe mixer and serve with ice.
