In my attempt to communicate with the company, I was asked, at my own expense, to send the cream back to them for them to see it with their own eyes and then send me another one. I paid 26€ for a very poor quality cream and another 6€ for shipping to return the defective product to them. They didn't even think to apologize for the incident and the inconvenience with the shipping, as well as the extra expenses they put me through. Completely unreliable company and product, never again!
