Plasti dip is a liquid rubber in spray form and liquid form. It has countless uses for sealing, insulation, protection, and enhancing the appearance of cars and motorcycles. It is non-slip and surface-enhancing, as well as an insulating material for wires and pipes. It protects against corrosion, offers dielectric coating, and has many other applications.
Application Tips:- At low temperatures, plasti dip may not spray evenly. It is recommended to place it in warm water for 5-10 minutes before use.
- Before application, the surface should not have grease or wax.
- After creating a strip, remove the tape before the plasti dip dries.
- Keep the spray or gun in a vertical position and at a distance of 10-15 cm from the surface.
- Thoroughly clean the surface before painting and ensure that no moisture is present.
- Avoid active foam during washing and use only simple soapy water.
- Contact with gasoline may fade the plasti dip.
- For the best result with High Gloss Top Coat, apply 3 good “coats” with approximately 30 minutes interval.
The ratio of ultra-thick plasti dip to thinner for spraying is 1:1. It is important to use the appropriate nozzle and pressure during application.
