Description

The Single Malt whiskey of Aberlour label, with its origin in Scotland, is produced by a single distillery and has exclusively malted barley, yeast, and water as its raw materials. This single malt has spent 18 years maturing in oak barrels before being bottled.

Its perfect structure with initial notes of soft apricot and cream is complemented by the development of flavors of grapefruit marmalade. The aromas of coffee and butter perfectly combine with ripe peach and orange, creating an explosion of flavors in the mouth. In the aftertaste, you will feel its balance and long duration, as well as the distinct notes of creme brulee.

One of the most affordable 18-year-olds on the market in terms of both price and quality.

The aroma has notes of coffee, chocolate, and wine. It also gives off a lot of sweetness and smoothness on the nose.

In the mouth, it is very smooth and very sweet. Aristocracy everywhere. The mouthfeel is impressive and you get many flavors there. Caramel, coffee, chocolate, wine, and dark fruits. A very complex whisky.

The finish is equally impressive and despite the 43% alcohol, you get a long-lasting aftertaste. Coffee, chocolate, and a bit of oak dominate the finish. Definitely one of the best whiskies I have ever tried.
