I take it after heavy meals, not every day. It helps me. It reduces bloating and gas. It's a bit expensive because it contains few capsules and I usually take 2 at a time.

I have been taking it for 2 days now, 4 pills a day, and in combination with a proper diet, the gas has stopped and above all, I go to the toilet regularly.

I don't know if it does anything, because it says 4 capsules a day. This means the box lasts only for 5 days. So it is not worth it at all.

The only product I have tried (and I have tried many) that reduced the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome by 50%. I think that if you have tried products with pre/probiotics and instead of getting better they made you worse (that's what happened to me), it might help you. I take 2 pills daily, noon, evening for the past 2 months, right before or after my meal. I don't know how and if it affects vitamin absorption, but it definitely helped with bloating, pain, and gas to the extent that the problem went from unbearable to just annoying.
