Description & Specifications

Polyvine Wax Finish Acrylic is a water-based acrylic varnish for wooden surfaces, with a satin finish that combines the look and feel of wax with resistance to water and heat. It can be applied to wooden and MDF furniture, kitchen cabinets, stairs, children’s toys, picture frames, garden furniture and wooden railings. It is ready to dilute with water and for cleaning equipment.

Before application, clean the surface of grease and dirt, then stir the product thoroughly. Apply a thin, even coat with a brush, following the grain of the wood. Once dry, sand the surface with sandpaper or wire wool and apply a second coat. Leave to dry for at least 4 hours in a warm, well-ventilated area, then rub again with wire wool to bring out the waxed finish. Do not apply over polishes or oil-based paints.
