The BLACKOUT Tarblack has an extremely fast drying time of about 2 minutes in conditions of 15 degrees Celsius or higher. This is approximately 3 times faster than regular tar products. Equipped with the fat cap with a black/orange dot, get ready to cover large surfaces quickly and cleanly. Particularly good on unprimed surfaces where they would usually absorb any other paint, the black BLACKOUT Tar leaves behind a beautifully opaque clean line.
