The overall picture is mixed: many find the pump useful for simple fluid transfers and appreciate that it can drain oil from an engine. It works better when the oil is warm and the hose stays straight. However, several reviewers report slow or inadequate pumping, difficulty with cold oil, and fragile hoses.
It was not able to transfer oil, the oil did not even reach the pump, it was tested with water and works normally.
