I had a problem with vitamin B12 and I was getting articlox injections every six months.
For the past year, since I started adding this particular yeast enriched with B12 to my food, the tests I did twice were excellent.
My B12 is now around 400 to 450 and no more injections!
And the taste is so pleasant that it makes everything I add it to more delicious.

Very good price and taste. Although I don't like the cheese flavor that is usually described in nutritional yeast - this one reminds me of the cheese flavor from Cheetos snacks - so for all of us who don't eat meat and generally have an issue with the taste of cheese, I think it is quite pleasant in taste.

Unique cheesy flavor and at an affordable price. Compared to more expensive brands, it is the best. I now buy it in a kilo packaging.

The product description does not mention that it contains added B12. I bought it and then read it on the packaging label. I didn't want B12, only natural nutritional yeast.

The most value-for-money nutritional yeast out there, I buy it every time x5 (packs) to save on shipping costs. In the stores I've come across nutritional yeast (not this specific one), they cost €5 and above, and usually come in cans with packaging that doesn't close completely, resulting in bugs getting in if you don't eat it quickly. This particular one has stayed good for months after opening without spoiling. Highly recommended, especially for those who are vegan and looking for something cheesy for their pasta, etc.

It is a perfect product! We got it as a trial for Lent and we used it wherever we wanted a cheesy flavor, in mashed potatoes, fasting béchamel sauce, cheese pies with vegan cheese, olive pies, pasta with mushrooms or sauce. Now I use it almost in every meal for the vitamins it has and the extra flavor it gives. I recommend it instead of cubes that have a lot of salt.
