This volume gathers the letters and other correspondence documents exchanged between Seferis and Malanos during the period 1935-1963.
An extensive letter from Seferis, originally intended for the magazine Anglo-Hellenic Review, is published here for the first time in the Appendix. In the letter, Malanos is criticized for the private information he used in his study of Seferian poetry.
Finally, in the Postscript, four letters exchanged between Timos Malanos and Mrs. Maro Seferi during the decade 1971-1981 are published. Thus, this correspondence, with a total of 230 entries, is the most extensive of the letters of Seferis published to date with friends and contemporaries (Theotokas, Diamantis, Karadonis, Lorentzatou).
