Syrup from Giffard, is a mixture of sugar, water, and concentrated juice with watermelon flavor used as a sweetener and to enhance the taste in cocktails. It is a thick liquid that gives a relatively thin consistency to the cocktail. Syrups are ideal for use in cold and hot beverages, cocktails, and even in coffee, as well as anything related to confectionery.
