Σκληρό αλεύρι είναι το άσπρο ΌΧΙ κίτρινο;
Το μαλακό σιτάρι είναι πιο συνηθισμένο και το αλέθουμε για να φτιάξουμε τα διάφορα είδη αλευριού που χρησιμοποιούμε πιο συχνά: μαλακό αλεύρι, σκληρό αλεύρι, αλεύρι ολικής άλεσης, αλεύρι που φουσκώνει μόνο του κ.ά.
