Monin's purée replaces fresh fruits and incorporates their flavor into our cocktails. It has a thick texture and gives a velvety feel to the cocktail. Mango is one of the most common fruits found in tropical places. Mangoes are equally delicious on their own or in fruit salads. Their orange-yellow flesh is sweet, juicy, and particularly aromatic. Monin Mango Purée delivers the unique taste of the fruit and is ideal for many beverages.

It is made from concentrated mango pulp, and then sugar and acid are added to create a balanced profile of acidity and sweetness. It is ideal for making cocktails, smoothies, slushies, toppings, and confectionery and culinary products. No refrigeration is required. Store at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight.

In a tumbler glass with ice. Used in cocktails, mocktails, drinks, coffee, confectionery, cooking.
