It is sweet. I believe they do hydroextraction to create the carob honey and then grind it. If you try Greek carob, it is sweet.
Είναι άγλυκο. Θεωρώ ότι κάνουν υδροεκχύλιση για να δημιουργήσουν το χαρουπόμελο και μετά το αλέθουν. Αν δοκιμάσεις ελληνικό χαρούπι είναι γλυκό.
