Είναι πολύ απλό και οι οδηγίες είναι επάνω στη συσκευασία!
Αν θέλεις να το χρησιμοποιήσεις σαν κρύα κομπρεσα το βάζεις κατάψυξη να παγώσει.
Αν θέλεις ζεστή, το βάζεις είτε για λίγα λεπτά σε βραστό νερό είτε στα μικροκύματα και αυτό είναι όλο!
