ναι, αν φτιαξεις ενα αρχικο μαυρο τσαι 2λιτρα με λευκη ζαχαρη κ ρίξεις ολο το μπουκαλι, μετά από 15 μερες θα σχηματίσει Scoby από μονο του. λεπτο στην αρχή, αλλά σταδιακά θα εχεις ενα.
