    It is mainly used with meats on a ceramic stove.
    Lightweight, heats relatively easily, does not stick much fat. On the other hand, it does not retain much heat (so you have to cook on a higher flame) and the grooves are very shallow - so the meat is cooked in its own fat.

    It is not bad for a price around 20 euros, but prefer something with a thicker bottom and deeper grooves.
