With the V60, apart from the variety of coffee you will use, you can control the two most important parameters for coffee preparation, namely the temperature and the duration the water comes into contact with the coffee grounds. Adjust the taste and intensity of the coffee according to the flow rate. Fast flow for a light coffee or slow flow for an intense coffee.

• Grind your coffee and place around 20-24g into the filter for 2 servings (240ml)
• Boil water and let the temperature drop slightly to 90-95 ℃
• Pour the water over the coffee grounds, avoiding the sides of the coffee maker and the paper filter. Try to keep the water level steady within the filter, about halfway to three-quarters full
