Easy and Safe Installation!
You will need no more than 5 minutes to install the pull-up bar in the frame of your choice. Pull the locks towards the bases and twist the bar so that the bases touch the frame. Once it is tight enough, secure the locks. The material of the locks is ABS, one of the highest strength plastics. The bases come with a special pad (EVA) that protects the frame and keeps the pull-up bar stable. The grips of the pull-up bar are made of soft and "grippy" materials to keep you focused on your goals!
