The Thera-Band Balance Discs are ideal for balance and proprioception training. They are also used as dynamic seating cushions for strengthening and proper posture of the torso. Physical therapists use them in therapeutic exercise for greater variety in balance exercises.

The balance disc can be used in the office, school, and gym, and is ideal for exercises after knee surgery or ankle sprain.

This disc has 2 sides: one smooth surface and one with knobs for proprioception training. The side with knobs offers a light massage to the glutes when sitting or to the feet when standing upright.

The balance disc is available in 3 sizes: 33cm, 36cm, and 50cm. It is made of PVC and comes pre-inflated with air. It supports up to 160kg of weight. You can combine it with other gym equipment, such as a balance bar or fitness bands, to increase the challenge.
