    It is bitter chocolate, nothing like the ones you find in stores. For those who like bitter flavors like me, I definitely recommend it. Personally, it helps with digestion as well. One square after a meal does the same job as a simeco! (It works for me, every person is different, of course I do not recommend it as a replacement for stomach medication.)
