    The most useless purchase I have made, completely fake construction, you adjust the base, you go to put the washing machine and of course the settings are lost because the "screws" are plastic.     I bought the product along with an LG dryer from a large electronics chain with the intention of using it in the new washing machine we would acquire in a month. As for the construction, it is very high quality and well-made. The first use was in the dryer since the washing machine had not been purchased yet. For installation, although it doesn't require a university degree (it has instructions in the packaging), I would recommend watching a video on YouTube to see the process. It would be best to attempt it with two people. I tried it alone and struggled quite a bit.

    In the dryer, the Roller base was perfect. Moving the dryer was very easy and its stability during operation was very good. Of course, the dryer does not have significant vibrations compared to a washing machine during the spin cycle. I think you understand where I'm going with this.

    When it was time to use it in the washing machine we purchased (also an LG), the weakness of the base became apparent. Even during the spin cycle at 1000 RPM (the washing machine had an option for up to 1600 RPM), the base was not stable and the washing machine had some shifts. Additionally, the base resonated with the vibrations of the washing machine and made a metallic noise. After calling the company (Roller), a technician contacted me who was admittedly very helpful. He even came to the house to add some additional brackets to stabilize it better.

    However, it was in vain as the main problem of the base's instability was not solved. So, it was returned to the store and a refund was issued.

    In conclusion, the product is excellent for use with a dryer, but its effectiveness for use with a washing machine is questionable.
