The plates are made from high-quality materials and are covered with special, thick rubber that absorbs impact, protecting the ground during drops. The hardness of CBR HMS plates ranges from 75 to 96 degrees on the Shore scale, providing greater durability compared to cheaper options.

Each plate is calibrated by weight and dimensions, with a tolerance of +0.5% to -0.5%. The colors assigned to the plates comply with the requirements of the IWF, the International Weightlifting Federation.

The inner diameter is adapted for Olympic bars, ensuring stability during training. The plate sleeve is made of stainless steel, facilitating the placement and removal of the load.
