Μπορούμε να το πάρουμε πρωι κ με μεσημερι με γιαούρτι1.5% κ όχι γάλα κ να φάμε το βράδυ?γίνεται κ έτσι άσχετα αν δε φύγουν πολλά κιλά όπως αν τρώγαμε μεσημεριανό κ όχι βραδυνό..επίσης η διαίτα πρέπει να είναι αυστηρή η μπορείς κ πιο light??
