I bought it a year ago and it started leaking from both filters just after six months. I bought replacements from the same company and after installation, it still leaks quite a bit. I contacted the company and even though the salesperson told me they would send me the gaskets, she had to speak with the responsible person first. After a few days and my own annoyance, they told me I had to remove it and send it for inspection. So basically, I paid 70€ for installation, 50€ for uninstallation, and another equal amount for reinstallation. In the end, my cheap purchase turned out to be very expensive. My experience with it was terrible. Scrutinizer pointed out that this is their policy and assured me about the correct shipment and receipt of the device. Τό αγόρασα πριν ένα χρόνο καί δακρύζε ίσα ίσα από τά δύο τά φίλτρα αγόρασα μετά από έξι μήνες τά ανταλλακτικά από την ίδια εταιρεία καί μετά την τοποθέτηση στάζει αρκετά επικοινώνησα με την εταιρεία καί ενώ η πωλήτρια μου είχε πει ότι θά μου στείλουν τίς φλάντζες αλλά έπρεπε πρώτα να μιλήσει με τόν υπεύθυνο μετά από κάποιες μέρες καί μετά από δική μου ενοχλήσει μου είπαν ότι πρέπει νά τό βγάλω καί νά τό στείλω για έλεγχο. Δλδ. 70€ για τοποθέτηση 50€ για απεγκατασταση καί άλλα τόσα για εγκατάσταση ξανά, τό φθηνό μου βγήκε πολύ ακριβό τελικα.η δικιά μου εμπειρία κάκιστη. Τό Σκρουτζ μου επισήμανε ότι αυτή είναι η πολιτική καί με διαβεβαίωσε για την ορθή αποστολή καί παραλαβή τής συσκευής εν κατακλείδι είμαι στην ερευνα για κάποιο άλλο φίλτρο. I placed the filter right after the main valve of the house to have filtered water in all faucets. While we never had any chlorine smell or other problems with the tap water, as soon as I put the filter, after 3 days all faucets started giving off water with a very strong chlorine smell. I can't explain this, but we never had the slightest problem with tap water, I just put the filter to achieve dechlorination. I noticed that the smell is very strong in the morning, after the water has been sitting in the house pipes. The house is relatively new with plastic plumbing pipes. One thought I have is that chlorine may have accumulated on the walls of the pipe and because the water now has a different, cleaner chemical composition, the residues detach from the pipes and that's why the water has such an unpleasant taste. It is impossible to use the morning water, we have to let the faucet run a lot to empty the pipe and stop the smell. I give it 3 stars because I don't know if the filter is 100% to blame. However, I also have a problem with a small leak as someone else mentioned in their comments

Ενώ δεν είχαμε ποτέ καμία μυρωδιά χλωρίου ή άλλο πρόβλημα με το νερό του δικτύου, με το που έβαλα το φίλτρο, μετά από 3 ημέρες όλες οι βρύσες βγάζουν νερό με πολύ έντονη μυρωδιά χλωρίου.
