Όχι το πράσινο δεν είναι σκληρό . Πήρα ένα πράσινο και ένα πορτοκάλι . Το πράσινο είναι ωραίο για να κάνεις καμιά προασκηση για ώμους . Το πορτοκαλί πχ είναι για πλάτη περισσότερο γιατί για να κάνεις ώμους θέλει δουλίτσα, είναι σκληρό .. Έχω ανεβάσει μια φωτό με τις αντιστάσεις σε αξιολόγηση αν θες να τις δεις
