    - If you plan to do double unders, it's too light so it doesn't have much torque, resulting in your forearm burning after 30-40 reps.
    (But I guess if you can do 30-40 reps comfortably then you're advanced in the exercise and it would be good to look for a better jump rope with better bearings.)

    Conclusion:
    + If you want an affordable speedrope for your training, it's just fine.
    -If you want a jump rope to get better times and feel less tired during your workout, I would recommend something else.
