Description

The latest addition to the Cento PRO series is the CPK 690 system, equipped with an elliptical woofer, suitable for 6 x 9 door installations, highly popular in the North American market, such as models from the Toyota and FORD groups. The woofer cone is made of pressed paper, allowing for linear and controlled emission even at high power. All electroacoustic parameters have been optimized for maximum performance in door installations. It has an improved magnetic assembly and voice coil for excellent power handling and a lower resonant frequency. The large emission area of the CP 690 increases the woofer's efficiency and extends the response to 35 Hz. The crossover is made with selected components and features a low-pass filter on the woofer with a 6 dB/oct. slope and 12 dB/oct. on the tweeter with three levels of attenuation.
