The filter replacement rate of the system depends on the average daily consumption and the quality of the incoming water. The pre-filters and enrichment filters are replaced every 6 months, while the membrane needs to be replaced every 2 years.
A full two-year warranty is provided on all structural/hydraulic parts of the system (excluding replacement filters which are replaced according to the system's maintenance schedule). Electrical parts (where applicable) are covered by a one-year warranty (full replacement in the case of a confirmed defect or material failure).
