The lens is one of my favorites, read a mini review about the d5300 that I wrote on Scrut. For astrophotography, it's super, you can capture amazing shots of the Milky Way galaxy. For landscapes, bridges, architecture, waterfalls, and with an ND filter, it's the best for crop bodies. If you find it at a good price, it's very powerful.. Yes, it is quite heavier compared to the 18-55 kit lens. Its quality enhances the camera if used correctly.. Take a look at Flickr to see several shots there.
Νομίζω πως κάνει θαύματα... Θα επανέρθω με νέα.. Μπείτε στο Flickr βγάζει πολύ δυνατές φώτο κ για χαμηλό φωτισμό.

Ο φακός είναι από τους αγαπημένους μου διαβάστε ένα μίνι review για την d5300 που έχω γράψει στο σκρουτζ.
Για αστροφωτογραφια ειναι σούπερ βγάζεις φοβερές λήψεις τον γαλαξία miky way. Για τοπία, γεφυρια, αρχιτεκτονική καταρράκτες ποτάμια και με φίλτρο nd είναι ότι καλύτερο για crop σώματα αν τον βρείτε σε καλή τιμή είναι πολύ δυνατός.. Ναι είναι αρκετά πιο βαρύς σε σχέση με τον 18-55 τον κιτ. Η ποιότητα του αναβαθμίζει τη μηχανή αν χρησιμοποιηθεί σωστά.. Ρίξτε μια ματιά κ στο Flickr να δείτε λήψεις αρκετές εκεί..
It is the best value for money for APS-C...
At 11mm, it presents significant distortion which can be easily corrected in Lr or Ps. Also, at 11mm it shows quite a bit of flare when the sun is high. The lens hood helps a little, but obviously does not eliminate the flare. It simply reduces their appearance. We are talking about just a few degrees. The sharpness at 11mm is satisfactory for an ultrawide lens. The autofocus is not completely reliable at 11mm. It is good to check the focus after taking the shot on the DSLR screen.
At 16mm, I consider it to be a flawless lens! All the aforementioned disadvantages do not exist. The distortion is negligible, flare is rare, the sharpness is excellent, and the autofocus is very good. Essentially, the improvement of the lens starts from 13mm and it is like having 4 prime lenses (13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm). Of course, I am not trying to negate how good it is at 11mm, I am just mentioning the improvement that the lens has after 13mm. With careful and proper use, the lens is flawless even at 11mm. Highly recommended!

Στα 11mm παρουσιάζει αρκετή παραμόρφωση που όμως διορθώνεται πολύ εύκολα σε Lr ή Ps. Επίσης, στα 11mm εμφανίζει αρκετό flare όταν ο ήλιος είναι ψηλά. Το παρασολέιγ του, βοηθάει λίγο την κατάσταση, αλλά προφανώς δεν εξαλείφει τα flare. Απλά περιορίζει την εμφάνισή τους. Μιλάμε για μερικές μοίρες μόνο. Okay, I wasn't thrilled with its sharpness, but it's a zoom lens. I hadn't bought a zoom lens in years, I was only using prime lenses. But the 11-16 does the job for landscapes, although a 28mm would have been more versatile and sharper at times, even though I occasionally went from 16 to 11. For me, going for a 24 or 28 prime lens would be more worth it and it would also be sharper.
Ενταξει δεν με ξετρελανε η οξύτητα του αλλα ειναι φακο με zoom, ειχα να παρω χρονια φακο με zoom, μονο με prime lenses ημουν.
Αλλα το 11-16 κανει δουλεια για τοπια αν κ ενας 28mm θα μου ερχοταν κουτι και θα ηταν και πιο sharp αλλα καποιες φορες πηγα απο 16 στα 11.
Για εμενα πατε σε εναν 24 ή 28 prime αξιζει πιο πολυ και θα ειναι και πιο sharp.
Excellent lens, this one has an auto focus mechanism which means that the auto focus works even on bodies that do not have a built-in mechanism (e.g. d5100). Very sharp, accurately captures colors, a bit heavy but it is easily accustomed to. It is a very high-quality lens

είμαι ανάμεσα σε Samyang 16mm f/2.0 - samyang 14mm f/2.8 - tokina 11-16mm f/2.8. δεν έχω ιδέα ποιος βγάζει καλύτερες και πιο ποιοτικές φώτο. το χρειάζομαι κυρίως για νυχτερινή φωτογράφιση ουρανού κτλπ. αν ξέρει κανένας να μου πει μια γνώμη γιατί απο κριτικές που έχω διαβάσει αριστερά δεξιά στο internet δεν έχω βγάλει άκρη

Για άστρο και για τοπία αλλά και γενικότερα προτείνετε να πάρω τον Samyang 16mm f/2.0 ή τον Tokina 11-16 mm ? Έχω την Nikon D3200 !
Προφανώς και με τον Κιτ δεν πιάνω τα αστέρια , για αυτό θέλω κάτι καλύτερο και πιο ακριβές .. αλλά και με μεγαλύτερο οπτικό πεδίο - διάφραγμα .

Στα 11mm παρουσιάζει αρκετή παραμόρφωση που όμως διορθώνεται πολύ εύκολα σε Lr ή Ps. Επίσης, στα 11mm εμφανίζει αρκετό flare όταν ο ήλιος είναι ψηλά. Το παρασολέιγ του, βοηθάει λίγο την κατάσταση, αλλά προφανώς δεν εξαλείφει τα flare. Απλά περιορίζει την εμφάνισή τους. Μιλάμε για μερικές μοίρες μόνο. Η οξύτητα στα 11mm είναι ικανοποιητική για ultrawide φακό. Το autofocus δεν είναι απόλυτα έμπιστο στα 11mm. Καλό είναι να ελέγχεται η εστίαση μετά από την λήψη, στην οθόνη της dslr.
Στα 16mm, θεωρώ ότι είναι αψεγάδιαστος φακός! Όλα τα παραπάνω μειονεκτήματα, δεν υπάρχουν. Η παραμόρφωση είναι αμελητέα, τα flare είναι σπάνια, η οξύτητα εξαιρετική, το autofocus πάρα πολύ καλό. Ουσιαστικά από τα 13mm ξεκινάει η βελτίωση του φακού και ουσιαστικά είναι σαν να έχεις 4 prime φακούς (13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm). Φυσικά, δεν προσπαθώ να αναιρέσω το πόσο καλός είναι και στα 11mm, απλά αναφέρω την βελτίωση που έχει ο φακός μετά τα 13mm. Με προσοχή και σωστή χρήση ο φακός είναι αψεγάδιαστος και στα 11mm. Συνίσταται ανεπιφύλακτα!
Okay, I wasn't thrilled with its sharpness, but it's a zoom lens. I hadn't bought a zoom lens in years, I was only using prime lenses. But the 11-16 does the job for landscapes, although a 28mm would have been more versatile and sharper at times, even though I occasionally went from 16 to 11. For me, going for a 24 or 28 prime lens would be more worth it and it would also be sharper.
Ενταξει δεν με ξετρελανε η οξύτητα του αλλα ειναι φακο με zoom, ειχα να παρω χρονια φακο με zoom, μονο με prime lenses ημουν.
Αλλα το 11-16 κανει δουλεια για τοπια αν κ ενας 28mm θα μου ερχοταν κουτι και θα ηταν και πιο sharp αλλα καποιες φορες πηγα απο 16 στα 11.
Για εμενα πατε σε εναν 24 ή 28 prime αξιζει πιο πολυ και θα ειναι και πιο sharp.
Excellent lens, this one has an auto focus mechanism which means that the auto focus works even on bodies that do not have a built-in mechanism (e.g. d5100). Very sharp, accurately captures colors, a bit heavy but it is easily accustomed to. It is a very high-quality lens
εξαιρετικός φακός ο συγκεκριμένος έχει μηχανισμό auto focus που σημαίνει ότι το auto focus δουλεύει και σε σώματα που δεν έχουν ενσωματωμένο μηχανισμό (πχ d5100) πάρα πολύ οξύς, αποτυπώνει σωστά τα χρώματα λίγο βαρύς άλλα συνηθίζεται. Είναι ένας πολύ ποιοτικός φακός
Excellent lens....sharp at all apertures, bright, very good construction and this one has automatic focus with all Nikon cameras unlike the first version of the lens. The only flaw is the lens flares that occur against the sun as well as many times in city lights during night photography.
Εξερετικος φακος....οξυς σε ολα τα διαφραγματα,φωτεινος,παρα πολυ καλη κατασκευη και ο συγκεκριμενος έχει αυτοματη εστιαση με ολες τις μηχανες της Νικον εν αντιθεση με την πρωτη εκδοση του φακου.Μονο ελατωμα τα lens flares που προκυπτουν κοντρα στον ηλιο οπως και πολλες φορες σε φωτα της πολης σε νυχτερινη φωτογραφιση.
