Μπορείτε να που πειτε σε πόση ωρα φτιάχνει 1 λ παγωτό απο μίγμα σε θερμοκρασια φυγειου 3-5 βαθμους? μπορω μα εισάγω και ζεστό μίγμα? Ειναι αμεσα διαθέσημη?
Την θέλω για παρασκευη μικρής ποσώτητας παγωτού στο εστιατόριο μου (κατανάλωση 2-3 λιτρα / βδωμάδα). Ευχαριστώ
