Άν τρέχεις συνεπώς πάνω από 3 φορές την εβδομάδα θα πρότεινα Saucony Kinvara/ride ή αν μπορείς για κάτι ακριβότερο να πας απευθείας σε Saucony Endorphin ή Asics Gel Nimbus/Kayano. To Anzarun είναι μια χαρά για διάδρομο αλλά δεν έχει καλή επιστροφή ενέργειας για trail/δρόμο
