During the first connection, I had to change the threads because they didn't tighten and the connection pipe was spinning wildly. Very good water quality, but unfortunately it reduces the pressure so much that the kitchen faucet was only good for slowly filling a glass of water. You can't wash dishes, not even rinse fruit.

Unfortunately, it turned out to be unreliable. I went to check it to see if the filter needed to be changed, without touching the connection between the pipe and the mechanism, it started leaking. A plumber came and we struggled for an hour, it no longer screws in and does not stop. We even tried using silicone as a last resort, but it still leaks

Although it looks good, it took me about half an hour to install it. I had a Countertop filter, American with an unreasonable cost for replacement filter and change every 12 months. With the countertop, the water was running slowly, which means it was going through strong filtration. With the under sink, the water flows as if there is no filter. I don't know if this is correct, I still need to take a sample and send it for examination to the lab. Otherwise, the water, although it is Attica water, definitely doesn't smell with the filter and it is pleasant to drink. I have been using it for 8 days already and I am satisfied, if anything unexpected comes up, I will come back. The replacement filter lasts 9-12 months and its price ranges from 10€ - 20€. There is no installation service and user manual, only a service phone number stuck on the device. I hope I helped

We had a problem with odor and strange taste due to chlorine in the water. Since we installed it, the problem has been resolved and we only change the filter once a year without any change in the taste or smell of the water, even in the last few days before the change.

Excellent product. I have had it for about a month. Very good water quality in an area with very hard water. I will change the water in approximately 9 months for a family of four. Economical.
